Citrus Belt Speech Region

The Citrus Belt Speech Regiion (CBSR) is the local competive forensics league for the Inland Empire that is sanctioned by the California High School Speech Association (CHSSA). CBSR serves all schools in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties as well as LA county east of the 57 Freeway. CBSR offers a full schedule of competitive tournaments in all events approved by the California High School Speech Association.
